Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

Convenient 4 bedroom /4 bath in a super nice and quiet neighborhood at a cu de sac just minutes to shops, grocery stores, a movie theater, downtown and Mayo Clinic. Beautiful kitchen with two dining areas. Really nice washer/dryer set that sits on the main level for your convenience. Enjoy huge downstairs full of games including pool table/ping pong, air hockey, foosball and cards. Really nice study/office spaces with large desks. This house has all you need, is truly a home away from home.
