After 13 wonderful years of hosting on Airbnb, the time has come to close this incredible chapter and embrace the next. These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. Each of you has deeply enriched my journey, and I hope that MuseumSuite has left a beautiful, lasting impression on your lives as well.

In 2023 my son Guglielmo and I decided to restore the old oratory of a church from the 1600s by creating a two floor apartment: upstairs we have 2 bedrooms equipped with AC and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower; downstairs a spacious living room with stereo Available a table outside with great view and a nice garden 50 mt away where to have a private wine tasting or barbecue for all the guests of our 4 apartments, after 7pm if booked large in advance Large free parking area 100 mt away

Elegant accommodation in an historic building in medieval castle style, equipped with every comfort. Overlooking the Tuscan hills, in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to the historic center. Well connected by public transports and 20 minutes walk from the main monuments. Outside the caos of the historic center, you will be into the authentic Florentine life. Downstairs you will find an excellent and elegant pastry shop, groceries, typical trattorias and a big supermarket.

Villa di Geggiano - Perellino Suite

The 700 years old Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by our working vineyard and lovingly maintained gardens, is located in Chianti in Tuscany which is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy. Our guesthouse is located in one of the original garden pavilions of the villa. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH VERY FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORT OTHER THAN TAXI SO THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR.

"Guardo al Chianti" è un appartamento per 4 persone, completamente nuovo arredato in stile toscano. Dispone di una bellissima terrazza con vista della famosa "Conca d'Oro a Panzano". Panzano, è famoso per i suoi Vini: Chianti Classico è Super Tuscan, ci sono 22 aziende Agricole a pochi chilometri che offrono visite delle Cantine e degustazioni dei loro Vini e olio. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal Supermercato Coop, Farmacia e centro del paese.

The apartment into Borgo Sicelle Residence, in Castellina in Chianti area, between Florence and Siena. It's 55 sqm, 4 guests, it has a small kitchen with sat tv, 2 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (not bidet). It’s on the first floor. Outside there are shared tables. Heated pool up to 25°degrees in printemps and automne. In front of the property there is a restaurant, closed on Wednesday. Not public transport to reach the property

Our apartments are completaly independent including the private space in the garden.

Situato alle Ville di Corsano, a soli 14 km dalla città. Luogo ideale per trascorrere giorni in totale relax e godere delle meraviglie che questa zona offre (Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Crete Senesi..).

In an old farmhouse complex, the apartment "Sangiovese" was recently restored by retrieving the characteristics of the Tuscan rural tradition. Large shared pool (01/05 - 30/09) .
