Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! A Mountain View Chalet - Whiteface Mt, Lake Placid

A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

McKenzie Mtn Way Chalet

Beautiful location in Bloomingdale with views of Whiteface Mtn and the McKenzie Mtn Range. You and your family and friends can enjoy the secludedness from your busy lives while sitting next to a campfire in the large fire pit in the yard. Located only 10 min from Saranac Lake, 20 min to Lake Placid, and 30 min to Whiteface Mtn., our home offers many close by outdoor activities and experiences (hiking, biking, boating, swimming, downhill and x-country skiing, skating, sledding, dog sleds, etc)

Ascent House | Keene

A unique retreat meticulously crafted for resting and recharging after exploring in our beautiful Adirondack Wilderness. Flooded with natural light, every room offers calming frames of nature. Watch the sun peak through the forest and rise over the mountains through expansive windows. Ascend the levels of the house, each revealing more landscape. Cozy 1-bedroom cabin in the woods

Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Adirondack Timberwolf Cabin

Cozy Mountain Chalet in Jay, NY on beautiful Glen Road. Only .7 miles to the Jay Covered Bridge, 3 miles to the Jay Mountain summit trail head, 7 miles to Whiteface Mountain, and 16 miles to Lake Placid. Keene and Keene Valley trail heads are only minutes away. The cabin has 3 acres of wooded property with a front driveway as well as a back access drivweway which is nice to walk. There is Satellite TV and wifi. There is good cell coverage. World Class Fishing, Ausable Rivers are close

JUNIPER HILL cabin

Juniper Hill cabin is a new construction two bedroom/one bathroom home situated in Wilmington, NY. This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

This property consists of a bespoke 3 bed, 2 bath log cabin, a studio cabin with additional bed and bath, plus an extra sleeper cabin (a charming enclosed lean-to, overlooking a stream).
