We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off). Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
