The rental is located approximately one and a half miles SW of Warroad. Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, full bath and laundry. Peaceful. The cabin is our second home and my headquarters for my Walleye guiding.
