Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Relax in the quiet environment, look at the stars, or be active in sports. As you wish. The large garden with dining area, hammock and deck chairs invites you to linger. The house is located on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away directly in front of the house. In 8 minutes on foot: sports shop, bus stop, swimming lake. Culinary, 5 minutes walk: a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries right behind the house...

Das bezaubernde 35m² Apartment in Ramsau am Dachstein begeistert Sport- und Naturliebhaber durch seine ideale Lage. Vor dem Apartment erstreckt sich im Winter eine Langlaufloipe und ein Wanderweg. Ein kurzer 5-minütiger Spaziergang führt zum "Rittisberg", einem vielseitigen Erlebnisberg für die ganze Familie. Im Winter verwandelt er sich in ein Skigebiet, im Sommer bietet er einen Badesee, Bogenschießen, Kletterpark und eine Roller Coasterbahn sowie den Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Wanderwege.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für bis zu vier Personen, da sich die Couch ausziehen lässt. Das Badezimmer beinhaltet eine Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine (Waschmittel nornalerweise vorhanden). WC getrennt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und neu! Gewürze, sowie Öl und Essig darf gerne benutzt werden. Vorhanden ist ein eigener Garten mit Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten, sowie einen Hängesessel und einen Holzkohlen-Grill.
