Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Unser Mehrfamilienhaus besteht aus mehreren Wohnungen an erhöhter Lage und ist in ein paar wenigen Schritten vom Dorfkern aus über das typische Gässchen des charmanten Walliserdorfes gut erreichbar. Kein Autoverkehr, Einkaufsgeschäft und Restaurant 20 Meter entfernt Inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Im Sommer hab ihr direkt den Einstieg des Wanderweges zur Europabrücke buchstäblich vor der Tür! Ebenso wie den Vita Parcours der durch den Wald führt. In 10 min erreicht ihr mit dem Velo (oder 30 min zu Fuss) den Schalisee, wo ihr euch im Wasser abkühlen könnt. Oder Lust auf eine Runde Wakeboard? Auch das ist am Schalisee möglich! Im Winter führt die Langlauf Loipe direkt am Haus vorbei.
