Wake up every morning and enjoy the breathtaking views of Rangeley Lake cozied up by the fire or outside on the wrap around deck. 5 min walk to Rangeley Lake, 2 min walk to Mingo Spring golf course, 5 min drive to downtown Rangeley, 15 min to Saddleback and 30min to Sugarloaf. Enjoy the shared lake access, take the kayaks out for a paddle on the lake play a round of golf. In the winter take to nearby trails in your snowmobiles and ice fishing on the lake. Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, about 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is a wonderful location to unwind and decompress. With no nearby neighbors, you can enjoy a private shoreline for swimming and boating. Northern Maine at its finest with a paddle boat for exploring and a firepit for your star gazing evenings. Sip coffee on the deck while enjoying the calls of the neighborhood loons or try your hand at smoking meat on the dual smoker/propane grill.

Comes with a boat slip and has direct access for ATV and Snowmobiles. Saddleback mountain is only 15 mins away. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with large windows looking out onto the lake. The GETAWAY-perfect place for relaxing and fun! It’s private but just 1/2 mile to IGA and approx 1 mi to beautiful downtown Rangeley with great restaurants and beautiful views. Limited access to snowmobile trails directly from the house depending on snow conditions. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Mins to Pickford Pub and Mountain Star Estate.
