This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

A base for mountains, lakes or beach 2 hr from Queenstown, 45 min from Invercargill, 1hr 10 mins from Te Anau, 35 min Riverton beach.

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

You're only a five-minute walk from Windsor shopping centre which has a New World supermarket, pharmacy, boutique stores, bank, Pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, with the beautiful Queens Park a ten-minute walk away. The newly revamped city centre is a ten-minute drive away. Great little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. You maybe able to bring your dog - please check with me first. Dogs need to be kept on a lead around our yard at all times (because of our animals). And they also need to be able to stay off the furniture. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.

Stunning ever changing lagoon views with great sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen. Gas barbecue. Heat pump and double glazed windows. Gas hot water system ensures plenty of hot water. Within walking distance of Aparima Restaurant & Bar. While pet friendly the garden is not fenced off.
