Apartman je jedinstven samim tim sto je lociran u pešačkoj zoni i Vrnjačkom parku. Ovaj deo predstavlja najzeleniji i najlepši deo Vrnjacke Banje. Apartman je moderno i sa stilom opremljen a može da primi do 4 odrasle osobe. Nalazi se u upravo useljenoj novoj zgradi sa privatnim parkingom. Posebno se istice sa velikom terasom sa koje se prostire predivan pogled na krošnje drveća Vrnjačkog parka i Gledićke planine.
