Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.

U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
