This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

Cosy cottage in a rural Yorkshire location, ideal for a couples weekend getaway or a special birthday celebration. Please note, QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AND THIS WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED, 3 ppl max. Hot tub is installed to the rear. Hot tub must not be used from the hours 10pm - 7am.
