Our family cabin is located in the small historic town of Raymond in the heart of the Sierra foothills, 39.2 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. The newly built cabin features modern conveniences with a rustic feel.  Experience breathtaking views, beautiful sunsets, hiking, a seasonal creek, an abundance of wildlife, and incredible rock formations to explore.  Up to 2 horses are welcome in our 2 corrals. Joe and Cathy moved to beautiful Catheys Valley to enjoy the serenity and quiet solitude of a ranch off the beaten path. The guest home listed here is over a quarter mile away from their personal residence. Enjoy quiet evenings at home, BBQ's and bonfires in the great outdoors overlooking the lights of the Central Valley! Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! Adorable A frame house close to Yosemite (32 miles), Bass Lake (23 miles), Sequoia, and Kings Canyon! Our cute 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to relax after a day trip to the lake or park. We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, bbq and patio set for outdoor eating. The house is equipped with wifi, 2 AC units (upstairs & down) and space heaters. Watch the stars at night, or see deer grazing in the yard. Enjoy our cute peaceful neighborhood on 1 acre of private land!

A relaxing studio a comfy full size bed we offer a twin cummfy air mattress to place in entrance area snug but cummfy fitting. a/c , heat, full bathroom with shower. Hot water is on a insta pot , not meant for long showers. microwave small fridge, hot plate, skillet coffee pot and nature's alarm rooster will crow:) kittens. not allowed in home cats are our mousers. as well as guests greeters. PLEASE add your pet if bringing one so fee will be added.

We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake. Many sights and hikes to visit in and outside of the park. (Self Check in any time after 4 no cut off time)

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.
