Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Mount Pleasant Cabin is located among beautiful woods and farmland. It is off a gravel side road which gives you lots of peace and quiet. A covered bridge nearby and wildlife add to the experience. Tuscarora State Forest and Colonel Denning State Park have nice hiking trails. Blain is the closest town where you will find Fowlers Hollow Park, Kings Bakery, Earth’s Delights, Conoco View Dairy, Blain Market, and Wise Dry Goods. You will not regret booking your next cabin weekend here!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage - Whole House!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

This home never fails to surprise our guests with its character and amenities. It's close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, and the city center. A very cheerful neighborhood. Our place is good for groups, families with kids, couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Literally across the street from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, and just a few hundred yards from Public pool. Ask about blocked dates too!!! Please, NO PARTIES ever!!!
