The Roadhouse provides a unique experience just minutes from Folino Estate, Rodale Institute, and Kutztown University. Close to the road, but surrounded by nature on a certified wildlife and bird habitat. The open living space is complete with a kitchenette and dining nook. In the cooler months enjoy the propane fireplace. In the warmer months sit by the creek and listen to the black birds. Ready for bed? The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!
