Hidden down in a canyon on the Frio River, this cabin offers a home base for exploring the Texas Hill country. Take a short walk to your own private river access. Walk up the road for several river road crossing and more crystal clear water to explore. Cook at home in the well equipped kitchen or drive 15 minutes to Leakey to dine at many of the local restaurants. Slow down and enjoy the sunset sets, moon rises and stars on the front porch in a comfortable rocker while watching the hummingbirds!

Our Glamper is a simple place to camp for a couples get-away, small family get-away, or the weekend hunting trip....a place to enjoy Hill country sunsets , gaze at the wide open starry skies, and breathe in good ole’ country air. We are located in Rio Frio, TX just up the road from the beautiful Frio River. On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. "Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Located five miles north of Leakey, fifteen minutes from Garner State Park, thirty-six miles away from Lost Maples State Park and 82 miles to Fredricksburg.
