Enjoy the very clean, comfortable self-contained basement suite in our home all to yourself. It has its own private entrance and accessible parking on the street. Accommodates 2 people comfortably. You can cook your meals in the kitchen which has all appliances and is completely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and some basic cooking supplies. We are unable to accommodate animals/pets of any kind or size! NOTE: please clearly indicate how many people will be arriving to our home.

This two bedroom basement suite is about a 10 minute walk (6 blocks) from the Red Deer Hospital and suitable for medical professionals or those who need a quiet place to stay while visiting the hospital. Please know that this suite is in a 24/7 quiet home as the medical professionals on the main floor may be sleeping at any time of the day or night. This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify if needed we need prepare the linens for you.
