Enjoy the very clean, comfortable self-contained basement suite in our home all to yourself. It has its own private entrance and accessible parking on the street. Accommodates 2 people comfortably. You can cook your meals in the kitchen which has all appliances and is completely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and some basic cooking supplies. We are unable to accommodate animals/pets of any kind or size! NOTE: please clearly indicate how many people will be arriving to our home.

Close to all amenities in a desirable SE neighborhood of Red Deer. Just a short drive to Westerner Park/Centrium, Canyon Ski Hill. Very clean suite.

This suite is a separate entry all to yourself. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify us if these extras are needed. As we may need prepare the linens for you.

Ideal for workers or conference attendees we welcome you to make our lower-level dedicated living space your home away from home. Third guest option additional $25 Dedicated lower level is accessed through shared front entrance to our home & open stairway. We live on the main floor.
