Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

A naturally well-lit 45m2 penthouse. It has a double bedroom, one bathroom, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with an amazing view Total sleeping capacity: 4 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, there is weekly housekeeping. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels included.
