This is a bright and airy self-contained studio in South Woodford. It forms the lower ground floor of our family home, but is completely independent and has its own private front door. Located on a residential street, the apartment is in a quiet and peaceful spot but still in a great location for access to South Woodford’s amenities and central London. There is plenty of free nearby parking in the street although no dedicated space.

Cozy 1 bedroom, well connected in Leytonstone. I’m leaving for a couple of weeks and I’ll try to rent out my place! I think it’s a great 1 bedroom for up to 2 people, but I’ll only rent it out to someone who’s going to look after it. I’m not a professional host so I’m open to suggestions and improvements ideas. Nice internet connection, not too far from supermarkets, well connected with central London. I think you’ll like it!
