This cosy and relaxing studio is directly opposite Sutton’s Beach, perfect for a brief coastal getaway. The studio is on the ground floor of the 1960’s beach house and has had a make over to suit anyone’s coastal brief. The studio has a separate entrance although does share access to the property with the guesthouse at the rear of the property. On street parking is the only option for parking - however it is free. There is a sun lounge to and an alfresco dining area. Strictly Non smoking

It is a 3 minutes to from Scarborough's village and beach, with restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, walking and cycling tracks. Escape from the everyday and treat yourself.

Our guest cottage is a new, well appointed 1 bedroom fully self contained accomodation with access to a private courtyard. The short stroll from the many coffee shops and restaurants in the village of Scarborough. The nearby beaches and parks are very popular for swimming, picnics, fishing, kayaking and standup paddle boarding. The Redcliffe Peninsula is well serviced with public transport should you wish to go to Brisbane.
