My place is close to public transport, parks, and white sand beaches. You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, a parent and a child. Its a small studio condo, but it has a nice queen bed with ironed white sheets, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo & toiletries, beach chairs & bikes. So if you like to spend your time outdoors:at the pool,sunbathing at the beautiful sand beach, biking you will have fun.

Great beach living with lush views, a heated pool & a low-key atmosphere. Access to the Gulf of Mexico across the street. This CLEAN studio has a full kitchen, a queen bed, WiFi & TV, plus a sleeper sofa. This is great HOLIDAY living. Dine outdoors on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. EnJOY the recreation park next door, w/views, a workout station & a picnic area. Parking is onsite. Close to St. Pete, Clearwater, & St.John's. Owner is considering selling but not currently on the market.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

My place is on the beach, with great views of the ocean from our private balcony and spectacular sunsets in the evening. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The pool and the hot tub are heated all year round. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Large Lounge/Dining Room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 Air Conditioning units fully servicing the entire apartment and Ceiling fans in all rooms. 40 X 20ft. heated pool and 10 X 8ft hot tub right next to the beach.

This ground floor apartment is located in a nine-unit condo complex. It's a few minutes walk to the lighted public crosswalk that crosses Gulf Blvd to the Madeira Beach Public Beach Access. The 385 sq. foot unit is perfect for two people. We are a mile from John's Pass Village. Limited beach equipment, bikes, beach towels, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV's included. Wireless WI-FI. Security latch on door. Four people can stay but it would be tight.
