Please note this property has an Airbnb exemption from hosting service animals or emotional support animals.

Wellington Carriage House

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

West Lake Sammamish Treasure

Private mother-in-law (lake level of our 3 story house) on the shores of Lake Sammamish on the Bellevue Redmond border. Close to corporate headquarters of Microsoft, T-Mobile and Costco. Woodinvillle concert venues and wineries within a short drive. Ten mile drive into downtown Seattle via I-520 or I-90. Serene spot with no neighbors living on the shore. Large deck with a firepit table and dock right outside the door. Variety of furniture for relaxation and outdoor dining. Free parking.

Close to all the Hi Tech Companies on the Eastside. Perfect jump off location to visit places throughout the Seattle area. Cascade Mountains are just 50 min away. This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
