Amazing lake view right outside your window! This cozy basement studio has a separate entrance with a view and access to a private lake. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
