A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. If you prefer public transport, we have a bus stop near so you can enjoy taking in the Cornish scenery. The local village of St Day is only a 10 minute walk away and includes 2 general stores & 2 pubs.

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
