Only 30 km North of Auckland City, 15 minutes drive to Shakespears Regional park and a short stroll to the truly peaceful Arkles Bay Beach on Whangaparaoa peninsula. Located close to Marina, golf courses, shops, cafes & restaurants, movie theater and indoor snow-skiing. Don't be fooled by the name, the NZ Summer house is idyllic all year round. Set on an equestrian lifestyle property down a quiet country lane. Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Quiet, rural setting to retreat after exploring all that the North Shore has to offer - our cottage offers a country backdrop, right next to Albany and a short drive to most North Shore Attractions. Perfect for a city escape, a staycation or exploring The North Shore or further North. Very close to Massey University, Albany malls and popular beaches. Unwind in a stylish, modern cottage with a sizable deck looking out over native bush.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Off-Grid Tiny House Retreat

Escape to our cozy cottage style tiny house on a charming small farm just north of Auckland. It's a self-sufficient, off-grid retreat powered by solar and gas, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay while being environmentally conscious. Inside you'll find a small but well-equipped kitchen, an HDTV, DVD player for entertainment, books and board games for some old-fashioned fun.

This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
