Enjoy a day on the lake boating, and swimming, relax in our hot tub or our private front yard pool, or venture out and explore beautiful upstate South Carolina.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Industrial Farmhouse Cabin with a Surprising View

Pet-friendly guesthouse with a view. Located in Northeast GA, 1.5 hours north of Atlanta, 45 minutes from Helen, Clemson and 2 minutes from beautiful Toccoa Falls and historic downtown. Our guest house has 2 beds, one couch, a full kitchen, two baths, two porches and is handicap accessible upon request. The guest house can be used for small parties and get-togethers, for an additional fee beyond the nightly/daily guest fee. Guest often see deer, fox, wild birds and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Short drive to Clemson University for games or student/family events. Also, short drive to downtown Anderson and Anderson University.

My place is close to Smoky Mountains, Helen, Tallulah Gorge, waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain lakes, hour from Atlanta, parks, great views, restaurants, art and culture. World class trout fishing just 20 minutes away, where I caught my 10 lb., 26" one! I welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Popular hiking trails and waterfalls are just 3 miles away. Handicapped accessible, including shower. TV with dozens of DVD movies, no cable or satellite.

Newly remodeled and furnished house mere steps from all of the shopping and restaurants on Main Street. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a large loft area with upscale bunk beds. A circular drive provides parking for up to three vehicles. Relax in the den while watching the large screen TV, listening to your playlist on our Sonos speakers, or sampling a record. The deck leads down to a private back yard with a covered patio and lighted fire pit with fire wood.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
