Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Velkommen til vores villalejlighed, hvor vi har kræset for detaljer og hygge. Lejligheden er indrettet på 1. sal i vores villa med plads til 3 (4) gæster. Vores familie bor i stueetagen. Lejligheden består af ét stort rum, med en lækker dobbeltseng, en sovesofa, pænt køkken, et stort badeværelse og en stor altan. Vores hus ligger i Bagsværd, 12 km fra København C, tæt på Nordsjælland. Bussen kører lige udenfor døren - 15 min. gang til S-tog - og mulighed for at parkere gratis ved fortovskant.

The apartment has a compact bedroom with a brand new king size bed from France, organic luxury cotton and linen bedding, a kids crib (up to 5 y.o.), baby and toddler items, high-quality kitchen amenities, tea and coffee, all essentials.

Nyd et ophold i moderniseret, velholdt lejlighed nær centrum, på stille gade, så nattesøvnen ikke forstyrres. Få minutters gang til både Metro og tog, skøn by Park, Carlsberg Byen og Istedgade/Sønder Bouldevard. Med metro kun ét stop til Københavns Hovedbanegård og to stop til Rådhuspladsen. Lejligheden har stort køkkenalrum, rummeligt soveværelse med latex kvalitetsmadras, stor og hyggelig altan + fælles gårdhave. Fint privat toilet og fint privat badeværelse med brusekabine. Børn ikke tilladt.

Jeg vil være til jeres rådighed med alle spørgsmål. Der er god plads til jeres ting. Inklusiv sengetøj/håndklæder. Stort udvalg af cafeer, restauranter, supermarkeder og special butikker + bedste ismejeri : ) 10 min. gang til Dyssegård St., tog til centrum, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) til centrum, 20-25 min. Obs. Loftshøjde 190 cm.

Cozy Apartment near Nørrebro St

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Enjoy a stay in our lovely apartment located in the center of Copenhagen (Nørrebro). Close to the city center, but in the cool area of the city. Lots of young people live here and trendy shops and restaurants are right around the corner. The apartment is located on a quiet street called Kronborggade on the 4th floor (no elevator), but runs parallel to the very hip street Jægersborggade and from the livingroom and balcony you can enjoy the beautiful park view. No pets or parties allowed.

Cosy apartment on the first floor of our house close to Copenhagen. From the entrance, You have access to a nice bedroom with French Balcony and a double bed (140 cm. x 200 cm.). In addition, You can have two mattresses (70 cm. x 190 cm. each) and a baby bed. Also, enjoy the spacious kitchen-dining-living room. There are only 10 minutes by walk to the train station - then 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. You can get to the beach by a 15 minutes walk.
