Welcome to this beautiful, quiet and bright apartment. It is newly refurbished and fully furnished. Amenities include air-condition, cable TV, Free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, Washing machine, coffee machine and a hair dryer. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment is secured and a key is needed to access the building. Children friendly apartment. On site parking. We live near by which makes us available for your requests whenever you need us. You are welcome to start a short virtual tour while planning your next vacation in the Holy City of Jerusalem: The apartment is located in the center of the German Colony a beautiful neighborhood. In proximity to Jerusalem's trendy shops, bars and (kosher) Restaurants (3 min). In walking distance to the Old-City (30 min), and the Jerusalem Theatre (15min). The bus to city center is across the street. The apartment views the promenade/park of the old Railway line. Despite its central location it is quiet and not facing the main street. On site resident restricted, free and safe parking. 1 block from Orthodox and Rephormic synagogue (3 min ) We are also happy to provide cleaning and meal reservations upon request (additional payment required). Well located budget studio

My place is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, cafes and restaurants with very convenient buses. A private garden level studio of 20+m2. With it's own separate entrance and key. There is no washing machine or TV and minimal kitchen facilities Sofa beds with matresses on top for added comfort can be arranged as a single, double or twin room. Please note that as a twin the room space is quite limited.

Ideal for couples, solo and business travellers. If needed, you could fit an extra person in the room. It's the best of both worlds - a relaxed and friendly neighborhood, and only 15 mins to the Jerusalem-old city. Across the road is the Arnona Park, lovely for a run/walk.
