The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Our quiet garden studio is ideal for those wanting a private space to stay when visiting family locally or working in Devonport or Auckland city. There is NO off street parking, but free roadside parking available right outside the property.
