Lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo in NorthStar!

Located in North Star. The village is a short 5 minute drive featuring skiing, shops, Restaurants, Wine Shop, Full Bars, Ice Skating, live music, gondola rides, Arcade, Gym, hot tubs, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. 10 min. drive from world famous Lake Tahoe and restaurants on the lake side, shopping, hiking, biking and swimming. Hike or snow sled right behind the condo. Located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Relax next to the fire and enjoy all the comforts of home.

2-bedroom, 1 bathroom in the Gold Bend neighborhood in Northstar. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. One bedroom has a king bed. One bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. ***Please note that there are no additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.***
