Charming Rustic Retreat Near Airport & Midtown

2 bedroom house with a converted garage. As your hosts, we will occupy the converted garage during your stay, but you will have complete privacy in the main house with a separate entrance. You will have full access to the main house's living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and yard, we might do gardening in the mornings and feel free to hang out in our gorgeous backyard. Kitchen includes fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cooking utensils, dishes, silverware.

The Tiki House is just two doors down from her Sister property The Pirate House. The large 3 BR (plus bonus room) 3 1/2 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. Located at the bustling Sparks Marina with Casinos, Restaurants, the Legends mall, Imax, Wild Island amusement park and many other attractions just minutes walk out your back door. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging path dog park and amazing views of the Sierras are just a few more bonuses found just outside your back door!

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.
