A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.

The Hill House

Welcome to the Hill House! Enjoy a private suite on the upper level of this home! There is a private entrance and the upper floor is all yours. Work from here in the office with two work stations which each include a monitor and docking station. The bathroom is complete with 3 shower heads, double sink, and plenty of space. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and dishes. Walk up the 2 flights stairs from the street parking. Your welcome to the BBQ and patio seating out back

This centrally located 5-br home is situated in a secure & clean neighborhood, within easy reach of everything: 3 mins to the highway, 2 blocks from Kennydale beach park; Seatac airport & downtown Bellevue are 15 mins while downtown Seattle is 20 mins away. The house boasts beautiful views of Lake WA, Seattle, Bellevue, and comes equipped with A/C to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. We are also open to longer rental (1-3 months, etc) with great discounts. Pls PM me for more details!

Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. If not followed we will charge guest $300 during the stay.
