The Hill House

Welcome to the Hill House! Enjoy a private suite on the upper level of this home! There is a private entrance and the upper floor is all yours. Work from here in the office with two work stations which each include a monitor and docking station. The bathroom is complete with 3 shower heads, double sink, and plenty of space. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and dishes. Walk up the 2 flights stairs from the street parking. Your welcome to the BBQ and patio seating out back

You'll find destination Mountain Bike trails just up the road, excellent restaurants a quick drive away, and Ames Lake, one of King County's most pristine, just down the stairs. No smoking. This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
