Our simply styled home is within walking distance to the harbor, and most of Seward’s shops & attractions. Cozy and quiet- a perfect place to relax and unwind after your day of adventure. A delicious homemade breakfast to start your day, can even be made to go if you have an early morning charter booked. A large private bathroom (not ensuite) with tub and shower outside your bedroom door. Our B&B only offers 1 room, so you will be our only guests. We look forward to welcoming you into our home.

Try something different and stay in one of our brand new yurts! These comfy accommodations are nestled in the forest in a fairytale atmosphere. This yurt has 2 twin beds, a skylight looking up to the tree canopy, electricity, heater/fan, and shared restroom facilities. A covered pavilion offers several picnic tables, BBQ grill, and a nearby fire pit area. The yurts are truly an Alaskan "glamping" experience. We offer 10% off of glacier and whale cruises. We have bunk bed and queen yurts, too.

Mt. Benson Accommodation is a beautifully decorated private apartment style suite that offers a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Suite offers King size bed (bedroom), queen size sleeping sofa (living room), Twin size “day bed” and an additional Twin size portable bed. Located on the Bottom floor. Private entrance is available on the back of the house for the yard access and luggage loading. No Minors under 5 years of age / No Extra Beds / No Pets / No Smoking

Built in 2023, the unique and upscale Pepper Tree Cottage offers an authentic Alaskan experience and a stunning view of the Kenai Mountains. This 425-square-foot cottage is only 10 minutes away from the heart of Seward--just far enough for a peaceful getaway while still having easy access to everything the town has to offer. New in 2024, a private deck with a beautiful outdoor dining area, an abundance of flowers and plants, and mountain views; all a step away from the woods!

Spread your wings and perch yourself high above the Nauti Otter in your own private Alaskan Yurt! The yurt is equipped with electricity, heat, linens and bedding. Guests staying in the yurt have full access to all the amenities the Nauti Otter has to offer. Breakfast is included in the price and is self serve at your convenience. We provide everything necessary for you to cook your own meal. Breakfast includes a pancake and waffle bar, and coffee.

We are one of Seward Alaska's only Beach front lodging. If you're wanting something different in accommodations & you don't want that hotel room experience then you have come to the right place. From our deck, you can relax and watch the wildlife or just a few steps away from taking a stroll on the beach. Alaska's Point of View Full Suite

We are located in a quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from downtown. Nothing is shared, allowing guest complete privacy. It has a complete kitchen, including a dishwasher. There are a few breakfast items, like coffee, tea, cold and hot cereal, juices, milk, popcorn, etc.
