Kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Mit Kochecke, kleinem Balkon und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ideal für Gäste die auf der Durchreise sind, Wanderer und Skifahrer die sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind, sich am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit kochen wollen und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen wollen. Man kann sich in der Küche ein leckeres Essen zu bereiten, jedoch kein Dreigänge Menü, da sie nur über zwei Kochplatten verfügt und kein Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden ist. Will man viel Platz ist unser Zimmer sicher das falsche.

Auch vorhanden sind ein Esstisch, eine Schlafchouch und ein Flat-Screen-TV. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem King-Size Bett, Kleiderschrank und neu gestaltetem Bad. The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

Aus Haiming ins Ötztal, Kühtai, nach Imst uvm.

Im ruhigen Dorfkern von Haiming haben wir im - 1. Stock! - unseres großen, älteren Hauses drei Zimmer, Essraum, Küche, Bad, WC mit dem was uns zur Verfügung steht, freundlich eingerichtet. Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw.Bus (zu Fuß ca.10 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar und an Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region angebunden. Bauernladen, Bäcker, Fleischer sind um´s Eck, 5 min zum "MiniEKZ" im Dorf.

Unser Studio Larsen besteht aus einem großen Doppelbett, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, gemütlichem Sitzbereich, Dusche/Wc ,eine große Terrasse mit Sitzbereich und Grill. Genießt unsere neue Aussensauna mit Berg-Panorama! Für Motorräder haben wir eine Garage!!!

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
