Bei uns erwartet Sie eine geräumige Ferienwohnung im traditionellen Tiroler Stil zur Selbstverpflegung, mit einem Balkon und traumhaftem Bergblick auf den Marienberg. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer (3 DZ und 1 Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten), ein Wohnzimmer, einen TV, eine ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kühlschrank , einem Herd, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einer Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher, sowie 1 geräumiges Bad mit einer Badewanne. 2 Zimmer sind mit Dusche/WC

Es gibt 5 separate, absperrbare Zimmer für insgesamt 10 Gäste, 4 Badezimmer mit WC, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen Essraum mit Blick auf die Berge sowie eine große Terrasse. Es gibt ein Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm), ein 160 cm breites Bett, 6 Einzelbetten. Waschmaschine, WLAN sind vorhanden. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Es gibt KEINEN Fernseher und KEIN Wohnzimmer. Es gibt Gesellschaftsspiele. Am Gang befindet sich ein Raum mit der Waschmaschine, der auch von uns benutzt wird.

The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
