Enjoy all downtown has to offer on foot just outside your door. The Temple is one block away and the Family Genealogy Center just across the street. I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Enjoy a separate entrance to our basement which has 5 themed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family room and kitchen/dining space. You may also want to enjoy the beautiful back yard, playground, deck, firepit and picnic spots. (Note: we live upstairs)

In the winter, alpine ski destinations like Kelly Canyon and Grand Targhee are within an hours drive, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is not much farther.

This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.
