The Black River Getaway was built in 2011 and will comfortably sleep six. There are two sleeping areas (private bedroom and a loft). Located less than two hours south of St. Louis, MO. The cabin has breathtaking views and is located in a serene environment; a private pond steps from the front door, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and two docks. Less than a mile away from Clearwater Lake Marina, swim area, and spillway, this recently renovated cabin has all the amenities you need to unwind and relax. The cozy one-bedroom cabin includes new appliances, a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and stocked bathroom to make you feel right at home. In terms of entertainment, we offer Wi-Fi, Roku TV, DVDs, various games, cards, and children's books. Outside, you can enjoy cozying up by the fire pit or grilling on the outdoor BBQ.

This one of a kind historic home is located in the heart of Lesterville within walking distance to the local stores and restaurants. Included with stay is a private pavilion located on the crystal clear Black River less than a mile away. If floating of any kind is on your agenda, free shuttle to the house is available from some of the local campgrounds when you use them to navigate the black river. This home is just minutes away from Johnson's Shut Ins State Park and Elephant Rocks.

Inside the tent is a queen bed, AC/heat. There is a camp kitchen with pots and pans. On top of the frig is a coffee pot with all the fixings, there is a tub with basic cooking utensils. Two burner camp stove, propane provided, charcoal grill,charcoal not provided, fire pit, firewood available for purchase. There is a outdoor shower with on demand hot water heater and a composting toilet. Toilet paper, soap and shampoo provided. Please bring your towels for shower and river.
