Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

Walk to local restaurants, Dollar General, and post office. 2 miles from The Euchee Marina for boating and restaurant. 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment just renovated, with large covered porch. High end decor.
