The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon, and the caravan is an extra with 2 beds. Please note we are not a party house and expect our guests to respect the house and surrounding environment.

Lovely 2-Bedroom Barge Brunswick Dock Liverpool!

Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom barge! The boat is located on the Brunswick dock with parking available at the Liverpool Yacht club. The house boat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the dock. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a TV and Wifi available! Guests have full access to the entire houseboat, no sharing with host or other guests. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome basket and full tour of the barge! :) *Welcome baskets may vary!

Glamping & Barbecue Cabin at Moorside Farmhouse

Our Glamping & Barbecue Cabin is an alternative type of accommodation for people who enjoy camping and the great outdoors, but appreciate the warmth and luxury of a solid roof. It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

Claife View is found hidden in the middle of beautiful Bowness-on-Windermere with only minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, and Lake Windermere. This apartment is on the second floor, with a balcony looking out to the fells in the distance. There is ample shared parking in a private car park. It is within easy reach of the world-famous Beatrix Potter Museum and all the pubs that can be found in Bowness. An extra hundred meters, and you will find yourself on the shore of Lake Windermere.

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Discover the captivating retreat at Fearless Fox Lodge, perfectly situated farm just steps away from the serene Leeds and Liverpool Canal. sleeps 4 but you can request up to 8 (£35pp applies) as we can sort extra bedding for the sofa beds and chair beds etc. The cabin is opposite the ducks, chicken and goats and has a beautiful view of Pendle Hill which is worth the climb xx Features wood burning hot tub (no bubbles) but prefect!!! The Nut House

Our aim is to ensure you feel relaxed . If you have a hectic lifestyle and want to get away this is the place for you . We are in an extremely quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool

Poppy Cottage on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

A quaint cottage on the outskirts of a town and links to major motorways. Ideally situated for exploring the nearby local town of Skipton or visit the famous Boundary Mill Stores. Poppy cottage has an abundance of original features including original flag floors and stone steps. There is a log burner to snuggle up in front of, after visiting the historical sights of Wycoller Country Park or maybe a walk and pub lunch at the local.

This modern and cosy guesthouse was created in 2015 to a high quality with an en-suite. Easy access to Old Trafford, Manchester Airport, Manchester City Centre, AO Arena, Manchester Royal infirmary, Chorlton Village. You will have the entire place, benefiting from all the essentials, such as , Microwave, kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer, Wifi etc The guesthouse is located at the back of my home with a separate entrance.

We are close to the coast and river Wyre, the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath.
