La casa è a 2 km dal centro abitato dove sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, a 12 km si trova il centro commerciale "Due Mari". L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.

Vicino al mare, in una zona con banca, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacia. Vicino al centro storico. WIFI free; parcheggio pubblico libero in zona. Sono un medico, per qualunque necessità, abito con la mia famiglia nella Villetta accanto.

Villa Laura sorge direttamente sul mare, a Pizzo (VV), in una delle zone più belle della Costa degli Dei. La caratteristica unica della casa è il suo accesso diretto alla spiaggia e il panorama mozzafiato che abbraccia tutto il Golfo di S. Eufemia fino alle Isole Eolie. Vedere il sole tramontare sullo Stromboli mentre si sorseggia un aperitivo o si cena in terrazza non ha prezzo.
