Scott, KS to the west and Nevada, MO to the east, this property is perfect for hunting groups in Southwest MO/Southeast KS, or a family looking to enjoy the country. While the property offers a taste of life on the farm, it’s an easy drive into town for food & supplies. Enjoy breakfast at the large kitchen island, or make the 2-minute drive to Emery’s Truckstop & Restaurant for a homestyle meal.

The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Farmhouse Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home is located right outside the city of Butler, Mo. The yard is spacious and a concrete slab and basketball goal to use. The neighbors are distant down the road so very limited travel by the house. Sleeps 12-15 easily. Two living rooms with tv and cable, and 2.5 bathrooms. Metal lawn chairs, child swing, a grill, and a fire pit located in the back yard. Fishing is available upon request with a pond on the property.
