Two excellent pub/restaurants nearby, supermarkets 10 mins walk away. 25 mins by train to central London from Mortlake Station, about 15-20mins walk away, buses to Richmond are 6 mins walk away and take about 8 mins to town centre.

We have a back garden with furniture or you could walk/cycle to nearby gems: Ham House & Gardens, Ham Polo Club, Petersham Nurseries, River Thames / Hammerton's Ferry over to the Rugby in Twickenham. Free parking. Frequent buses into Richmond or Kingston nearby.

An epicentre of British rock ’n’ roll in the 60s, bands such as The Who, Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd played some of their first gigs; it is now a much more tranquil place, home to numerous artist studios. This luxury private flat in a converted boatyard is hard to believe until you enter.
