Perched at the tip of our private island on Pattagansett Lake, the Panoramic Point Tiny House is our coziest yet most charming retreat. Enjoy stunning lake views through oversized windows and all the comforts you need: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and efficient climate control. Get out on the water with free kayaks available in our nearby boat launching area. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing, or budget-friendly stay, this tiny house offers big charm in a small space.

Come relax at Lakeside Landing

Come relax and enjoy lakefront living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on Boone Lake. 1st BR offers a king size bed and 2nd BR offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Enjoy open concept living with beautiful views of the lake. Inside you will find wifi, streaming on 3 tvs, Wii, board games, puzzles and books. Relax on the large deck, enjoy yard games or use the 2 kayaks, canoe or paddle board. A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Ring camera at front door only for security.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Little Haven on the Lake

Discover a tranquil lakeside cabin located on a dead-end street. The fully updated open floor plan offers easy direct access to Quidnick Reservoir on a private beach that includes dock, raft, fire pit, paddleboards, kayaks canoes, a bunk bed and futon (sleeps 4), a wood stove, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, a private bathroom, WiFi, and TV. The cabin is on oversized lot that is 15 minutes from I-95, yet offers an area safe for hiking, biking and exploring.

Water Forest Retreat- Tree House

Water Forest Retreat Tree House is a 168 sq ft. private heated and electrified tiny home with stained glass windows surrounding an oak tree nestled on 56 acres of forest. Enjoy your favorite drink out on the deck up in the trees while watching the birds. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a brook, waterfall, marsh and pond. Cozy All Season Cabin Near Beach at Rockbriar Farm

Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

Carriage House Guest Suite

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.

The Carriage House

Private bright and clean one bedroom apartment with lots of natural sun light, high ceilings, wood floors and modern tasteful décor. Close to URI, Narragansestt, Jamestown , Newport and Watch Hill. Ten minutes from local beaches and great restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful rural setting! The area is great for biking and beautiful hiking trails within walking distance from our home. Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge is close by. Block Island is a short ferry ride from Pt. Judith.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

The Giddyup Getaway at The River Haven Sanctuary

Our lovingly renovated vintage 1973 Airstream offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while enjoying charming and comfortable accommodations. It features a full bathroom, kitchen, outdoor grill, dining and theater area, fire-pit and kayaks. A private trail-head connects guests to miles of hiking, mountain biking and wilderness. Guests can access the Wood River for on-site water sports and guided visits to the Sanctuary may be available to book on a limited basis.

We are situated on over 60 acres with trails for walking or biking and the space has a private deck off the bedroom for quietly enjoying the picturesque scenery.
