Easy off I-40, Exit 290. Then unwind on the mountain. Enjoy your morning coffee inside the cabin through the large windows or outside under the canopy of trees near the campfire. Grill or just cozy up to the campfire. Take a mountain hike on the property and discover the rock carvings on the creek bed. Venture out to the many area waterfalls close by! Shopping, restaurants and wineries in Cookeville too!! You’ll love our tiny house in the trees and discovering amazing fun in the area

Welcome to the mountain! It's been in the family for five generations and is a relaxing, private getaway seven miles from town or short drive to many natural areas. The comfortable and spacious 4BD/2BA retreat is a pleasant walk to panoramic mountain views with stunning sunsets and sunrises. The home is set at the edge of the woods with great porch sittin' and a large front yard and fishing pond. Enjoy sitting around a campfire or snuggle up by a the cozy wood burning stove.

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
