Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

It is updated, clean, and ready for you to sit back and relax Close to all Aiken horse venues. Very safe with private road, automatic gate, and key pad lock. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Residental toliet with septic tank .Tankless hot water heater with endless hot water. Washer/dryer/dishwasher in its own space behind camper.

The farmhouse cottage

Welcome to this peaceful, centrally-located private apartment, just minutes from Aiken Airport and I-20 highway. A few things to note: We kindly ask that you park only in the driveway spot in front of the door. No pets are allowed, as our dog doesn’t get along with other animals. Our kids play outside during the day, so it might be lively, but evenings are calm and serene. We’re looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel right at home!

I-20: 3 mins away I-25: 2 mins away Augusta National: 15 mins away Quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night. Walmart super center is 3 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are not available.
