Located just across the lane from Reelfoot lake . Public ramp about 3/4 of mile away with several more close by. Enjoy lake views from the covered front porch. Living room with dish tv and internet. Full kitchen with cookware. Separate 20x20 garage for boat storage and a fish/duck cleaning house. Close to local restaurants and stores. 1 bedroom with queen bed , 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. Can sleep 4 to 5 people. Pet friendly. Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Sleeping arrangements offer bedroom 1 with a full and twin bed, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds. The Hut II offers parking in the front or a carport for parking in the back. So you can enjoy the comforts of home while enjoying a vacation at the lake or a fishing/hunting trip.

This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time. Internet streaming available.
