There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

The property has 4 outdoor security cameras that are visible and monitor all sides of the home, including parking areas, entryways, and back patio. There is no audio recording.
