The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Owlets, Ampleforth

A luxury self-catering holiday cottage nestled on the edge of the North York Moors National Park in the pretty village of Ampleforth. The Owlets is a 19th century single storey stone outhouse that has been recently renovated to a high standard with brand new fixtures and fittings, as well as traditional features such as solid oak floors and beams. We are located just 1 mile from Ampleforth College, and 4 miles from Helmsley. All welcome, including children of all ages and well behaved pets!

York is 45 mins drive and an hour to the coast for beach walks.

The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

We stand proudly in beautiful Bilsdale, six miles north of Helmsley, in the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It is surrounded by hills and open countryside which fringe the unique open moors. Traditionally built of Yorkshire stone in the seventies Laskill has its own private spring water supply that runs down from the hillside - definitely worth a sample.
