Renovated cabin (2021) is located nearby the ocean with lovely oceanview, only few miles from the historical Snæfellsjokull glacier. Good comfort in the house. It is equipped with a big fireplace and outdoor jacuzzi on the 100 sqm terrace Varieties in outdoor walking tours to experience the nature. Such as lava, glacier, mountains, caves, waterfalls and old fishing villages. Historical place with amazing geology as well as rich birdlife. The culture of this region is worth the experience.

Hella is a place that is nice to stay at. The apartment is 120 sqm wich includes three bedrooms, in two of the rooms are beds (160x200cm) and you can see Hellissandur and the beautiful Atlantic ocean out the windows. One of the bedroom has a bunk bed. One bathroom, very spacious living room with panorama view of the glacier Snæfellsjökull and a large equipped kitchen. Things that you can do while you stay here is take a walk to Ingjaldshólskirkja and many other fun thing.

Glacier Cabin w/Private Hot Tub

Welcome to Saga Cabins, your base for exploring the Snæfellsnes peninsula. Our cabins sit on a secluded peninsula surrounded by the ocean, with views of Snæfellsnes glacier, Eldborg crater, and private black sand beaches. Each cabin has a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and watching the Northern Lights. In winter, access is easy, as we clear snow with a snowblower or tractor as needed.

Brimilsvellir small cabin

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.
