Please note that it is situated on the 5th floor without elevator. However, once you ascend, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic view and stunning sunsets. The apartments are suitable for families with children, business trips, larger companies. The price depends on the number of guests. In the apartments you can enjoy SPA rituals: steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The SPA area is not included in the base price. Apartment is located in historical building 15 min walk from old town.

15 minute tram ride away from Old Riga, Daugava Residence is perfect place to stay while visiting Riga. In apartment complex there is a quite private park for bbq or just relaxing. If hunger strikes 5 minute walk away is most famous diner in Latvia - Lido where you have a chance to traditional (and modern) Latvian cuisine, see some zoo animals and in winter - ice skate! There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals. The price includes a fully equipped house, sauna, firewood, dishes, towels, washing machine, bed linen, charcoal for grill, etc.
